| Headquarters | Open from 07:00 to 17:00. The Misbourne School Great Missenden HP16 0BN. |
| Registration | Every rider must sign on, collect their number board, and map/route instructions. Takes place on Sunday from 07:00 before you ride. |
| HQ Refreshments | Before and after your ride at the Saddlebag Cafe. Home made rolls and cakes and lashings of fluids. Sold to you by the Roald Dahl Foundation, with all surplus going to the benefit of projects for children with, neurology, haematology and literacy needs. Its a vital win win! |

| 3 Great Routes | Each fully signed. Each turn clearly marked at the turn, and if necessary 80m before the turn too. Warning signs ahead of heightened risk locations – see website for key risks. |

| Controlled Rider Release | To ensure safe entry onto the public highway. Groups of 20 every 2 minutes. |

| Kit offering | If you ordered Chiltern 100 kit before the cut off date you should collect it after your ride. Available from the HQ. Otherwise it will be dispatched to you at cost GBP5. |
| Event Fair at HQ | Everything cycling for those last minute needs. But equally an engaging series of stalls, demonstrations and services as you recover. In the main hall at the HQ. |
| Standards | Individual standards awards to challenge Gran, and Medio Fondo riders and for Team Challenge. |
| Teams | Guaranteed places to help get team members entered till 1 April. Team Challenge and award. Team photo prior to start by prior arrangement. |
| Results service | On the day we will put up a list of riders times every 60 minutes between 13:00 and 16:00. Draft results published on website by end of day Monday 7 June. Final results updated to website no later than 13 June. |

| Car parking | 4 actively managed car parks with plenty of parking to get you parked quickly. Please park at one of the car parks to help keep Great Missenden moving whilst your riding. |
